The same painstaking manufacturing methods used to fabricate liners are used in assembling PEN FAB pool covers.
The cover itself is made from 12 mil vinyl and the water bags are made from 20 mil vinyl. A marine blue color is standard for all covers.

process used to secure the 1/2” weld contribute to the amazing strength of these covers. They offer protection even under heavy snow loads. Lap Welded. All PEN FAB
liners are lap welded for superior strength. Other types of welds are often not as strong and may result in unsightly seams. PEN FAB overlaps the vinyl, then vulcanizes it, for a smooth, strong,
beautiful surface. Easy Care Covers. The smooth vinyl surface has no rough or textured surfaces making it easy to maintain. Simply wipe the vinyl surface with a soft
cloth or sponge as needed. Each cover is formulated with ultra-violet inhibitors and anti-bacterial agents. With proper maintenance, your cover should give you many years of trouble-free service.
